They responded by email and registered my thermostat. There have been no problems since. My recommendation is" If it is anything you can email them do it.

My first house had a Honeywell WIFi great support. Restart the cottage in the spring great support.

Now June '18 no support. Won't even answer the phone it just hangs up!

My new thermostat (straight out of the box, Amazon Prime) an rth6500 won't register online. My total connect comfort claims the mac address and the CRC don't match. So I call in.

First night I am waiting for 14 customers ahead of me. Never answered. Next day the same number just says too high of call volume callback later. The next day the same number just says too high of call volume callback later.

Day 3: too high of call volume callback later.

The whole reason I bought a honeywell was the first one worked well and customer support ws great. Now what is this?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Is 12 August 2018 and after three days calling to resolve the thermostat lossed connection i am giving up. The system disconnects and no way to get answers

I'm getting the same thing but with a brand new RTH5160.

My thermostat (RTH5160) is the newest and most expensive non-programmable thermostat sold by Honeywell at HomeDepot. I t won't control my heat pump correctly.

Turns on the compressor but not the air handler. I'm having to cool the house by manually connecting the R, Y, G, and O wires.Customer support line says too high a call volume and disconnects.
