Honeywell - Products work - support SUCKS

Products work OK. Just hope you don't have a problem. They NEVER respond to emails, phone support is always backed up with LONG, LONG waits and they never answer live chat. If I had to do it over again, I'd buy someone else's products.

Honeywell - Absolute ***

I purchased a Honeywell thermostat just over a month ago to enable me to turn my heating on and off whilst not home THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE IT BROKE DOWN AFTER 2 WEEKS AND IT TOOK 7 TELEPHONE CALLS AND 9 DAYS TO GET IT BACK AND ITS GONE OFF AGAIN TODAY At 600 euros it’s simply not fit for purpose

Honeywell - Pissed off!

I have a water heater that was just installed about 7 months ago. It has the Honeywell gas thermostat on it. Today makes the 7th time this damn thing stopped working. I'm currently missing work because I've had no hot water for 4 days. Great product!

Honeywell - Support

If you try to contact support you are wasting your time. You call the support number on the website and they give you another number to call. Then you get a recording to call back at another time. All I was trying to find out is if your product would work in home. Why would I every buy your product. If I really needed quick answers I would be screwed.
