Warn prospective customers to stay away from Honeywell products
? Do not purchase products from this Company.
Zero customer service, zero quality control. I used to do International Public Relations for Forturne 500 Companies...needless to say, Honeywell is not among them. Purchased a product (heater) through them. It worked for 10 minutes, never worked again.
I left 2 voicemails for their Customer Sercice??? I also sent an email. Their response, 4 auto reply emails with 4 different ticket numbers assigned.
That's it. I had my neighbor (recently retired Techie for United Airlines), "It looks like they forgot to put the entire motor in."
User's recommendation: Don't waste your money. I surmise majority of their products are defective.

Too cool
I bought a new house and I had the air conditioning on and didnt know how to get it off. The person I got on the phone stayed with me till I got it fixed. Awesome company!

I have an issue and can not get anyone to call me back 2 days already.
I need to program my Honeywell thermostats I've been trying to call Honeywell and residual for the last two to three days you have not return any of my calls even after pushing the number two buttons so I can stay in line and you guys call me back and no one has called me or answered the phone and when I put the props that you have on there nothing happens no nothing you guys doing do not do anything very very unhappy

Wire issue
I had a question about the c wire where the technician answered. I had a C wire already and wasnt sure what to do with the extra wires.
The technician instruct me what to do.

Honeywell personal fan. what a piece of ***
About 20 bucks, advertised on the box as air moved about 30 feet. Well, how about trying 3 feet.
3 speeds: Really slow, very slow, incredibly slow. Ended up buying a Lasko box fan to actually move air around my apartment. Same price. Honeywell is absolutely *** everything they make is crap.
You can do so much better for the same basic price.
It is currently relegated to drying hand washed towels and underwear hung up on the shower, and it really doesn't even accomplish that. Absolute crap, avoid.

The WORST customer support
After speaking with three different techs, being on hold for over two hours and speaking on the phone for over two hours, the only thing I was told was 'Try reinstalling it.' This company literally just wants you to buy their stuff and forget it because their techs are horrible and know nothing about troubleshooting issues. I was literally on hold, and the wait time was 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes passed, it said my wait time was now over one hour.
- If you have old software then maybe you can get it working
- Dont provide support
Preferred solution: I want the company to actually train their techs and fix their "Support Page" because its been down for the past 2 weeks

Greetings, I am informing you regarding an employee by the name of Cheryl. I'm not sure what her last name is, but I'm sure she is married by now.
I lived in her house back in the 1980's, in Wayzata, MN. At that time Cheryl has partaken in Speed, and witchcraft. When I threaten to inform Honeywell, she threaten to report me not filing taxes., which she did, and they have been auditing me ever since. Cheryl is also racist, me being a black female, she called me a n,,,ger.
She and the other roommate threatened me, so I moved out. Now, this is what I witness, because I was the target. She also showed me in her bedroom, where she practised witchcraft, and how she did it on a married man she was seeing.. So why am I contacting you, one yes, I am angry, two, this is the kind of person that will do anything to get what she wants.
I will admit, I did speed too back then. I'm not sure if she still works there, but if she does, she doesn't deserve to have a great job, while she made my life awul. So don't send someone to threaten me, or discredit me.
This is true, and factual. I am making copies of this in case I need to send to another agency.

Reset stat to new router
My new router has reconnected to all my devices except thermostat. Tried unplugging modem and router,different phones and pc's.At my wits end. Service rep had no other answers.
