I was sent the wrong portable AC window kit unit. The kit was too big for the exhaust hose on the AC.
I sent an email. They wanted proof. I sent pictures. Then they agreed and asked that I be patient and that they would send a return label, and the window kit must be returned in good condition.
Not one word about sending me the correct window kit or about reimbursement. I then have to call because this is being handled so poorly. The window kit is not mentioned on their outgoing menu, so I have to guess which department I need. I end up at some global place, and they send me to the correct company, and then I am on hold while this tech tries to sort it out.
Apparently after 15 minutes the tech cannot sort it out and I am in the main menu again. I am then on another 15 minutes trying to get to the right person.
I would like to be reimbursed and never deal with this company again.

Honeywell was great. The person who answered the phone had a very good understanding of the product that I got and they totally were able to help me through the programming process. Products working good and I would definitely buy from them again.

I accidentally broke my humidifier.
I was worried because I could not find my receipt.
Honeywell's customer care call center would not sell me a replacement part.
They are sending me a replacement humidifier at no cost.
The only information they wanted was the number on the power cord to confirm if their warranty still covered the humidifier.

Zero customer service, zero quality control. I used to do International Public Relations for Forturne 500 Companies...needless to say, Honeywell is not among them. Purchased a product (heater) through them. It worked for 10 minutes, never worked again.
I left 2 voicemails for their Customer Sercice??? I also sent an email. Their response, 4 auto reply emails with 4 different ticket numbers assigned.
That's it. I had my neighbor (recently retired Techie for United Airlines), "It looks like they forgot to put the entire motor in."

I couldnt get the thermostat programmed and the guy that helped on the phone he walked me through the process and I was very well pleased with him and guided me through the steps thanks again I would recommend to call when you can understand the problem or need help all five stars here thanks
