I have a TH6320WF thermostat that has worked great for 5 or 6 month's, I changed my ISP and called honeywell customer service to help set the thermostat to the new ISP linked up and the person messed up the thermostat and said there was something wrong with my set up and I had to call a furnace repairman to look at it and I did that and the repairman found the programming problem the honeywell rep did and had it up and working in less then 2 minuets. I called them back to let them know they caused a 86.00 repair bill and they said they would pay for the repair cost since it was there fault and I sent them a copy of the repair bill explaining it was a programming issue and about 4 weeks later I called back and they said I had to call Paul Arntzen located in Golden Valley Minnesota.

The contact number is (1-88*-235-****) I left several voice mails with no response, and a couple of months later I called several times again and still no response, so I called again to customer service and they said they would get it taken care of right away. I waited 5 weeks and called back and they said it was escalated and to call Paul Arntzen for the details and guess what, he still does not answer his phone or respond to messages, I am convinced this is a number that is intentionally ignored.

Bottom line I like the thermostat but because of there customer service policy's I will never spend a penny on any of there products. Mark in Virginia.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $115.

Preferred solution: 86.00 repair bill to be paid like you promised..

Honeywell Cons: Customer service promise broken.
