Honeywell - Poor quality of product
I brought a ct87k thermostat to replace my old one. I installed it.come to find out it’s off adopt 6 degrees from set dail to actual room temp dail. I brought it back to store and got another one now this one is off about 3 degrees. Not happy at all with your product.
Have attempted to contact Support (definitely an OxyMORON!) for past 4 days, both online CHAT and phone (3 different numbers), without any success. Have waited in/on line for over an hour on every occasion before hanging up and attempting to find a Life for myself....Read more

Honeywell - Total frustration
Bought a simple programmable at Lowes, made in Mexico. I have 32 years plumbing and HVAC experience. A 10 minute job turned into 50 minutes because the terminal block was poorly assembled. Finally got my 2 wires in and couldn't get the cheap cover to snap on. It crashed to the floor and smashed to bits. Buying made in USA next time.
