Tried to obtain warranty service for a whole house humidifier that was defective and still under warranty. Spoke with non english speakimg employee. They didn't understand me at all Finally after 25 minutes I disconnected the call, the problem was still not reslove. Please hire people who have an electronic background and tbey can speak, read, and write english. Customer service was horrible.

Spoke with India. They didn't understand me & I didn't understand them. Terrible connection. Finally after getting a supervisor (wasn't much better) & 25 minutes - it was resolved. Honeywell Management - get back to US for customer service!!!
